ANKRAH Cornelius

CAPTAIN

ANKRAH Cornelius is a key figure of Ghanaian Bodybuilding. Not only ANKRAH is one of the best current Bodybuilder of the West African country, but he also plays an unofficial role of leader among the athletes deserving his nickname of CAPTAIN.

His friendly and sporty attitude has built his reputation as far as his steady contest performances. In 6 years of competitions CAPTAIN has been 4 times Ghana LHW champion 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Internationnally he took part to 4 competitions:

- IFBB African Championships 2008 in Egypt,

- IFBB African Championships 2009 in Mauritius where he placed 3rd LHW,

- IFBB African Championships 2011 in Ghana where he won the LHW division

- Open West Africa - WOODY 2010 in Ivory Coast where he won the best posing.

SUCCEED KING SALIA

ANKRAH Cornelius, whose brother Michael is the coach of GBFA* national team has a challenge for this season: succeed Ghana's Ronnie Coleman, "KING" Kofi SALIA, who retired from GBFA's competitions after 3 national wins. ANKRAH Cornelius wants to be the next Man GHANA.
