          Paul Akava MWANGALE is a dedicated  Bodybuilder from Kenya and his dedication pays off.

Having started competition in 2000, he has since then done all the Mr Kenya and several local shows, notably the Mr Eldoret, the Eastern Kenya championship, from wich he has hold the title from 2002 to 2007.

The Kenyan BodyBuilding Federation failing to organize its national championship, the Mr Kenya, since 2006, Paul alike all his fellows Kenyan bodybuilders, feels deprieved to take this challenge by the time his physique makes him one of the most serious challengers.

Fortunately, with the help of some good friends, Paul has been able to travel and compete in international shows, like the Musclemania West Africa in 2005, the Musclemania Superbody (Universe championship) in  2006 and the Musclemania Atlantic (New England championship)  in 2009.

He won this competition in connecticut (USA) for his pride and for the pride of all African Bodybuilding.
