Introduction
I
am third born in our family. We are five brothers.
I started training in 2000 after seeing my elder brother’s
physique. We were ten when we started and am lucky am the only
to have reached this far.
In 2002 I entered the fist contest, I had my first win in 2003
for the Mr Kenya under 21 division, and won the last Mr Eldoret,
Eastern Kenya regional championship and placed 2nd at the Bob
Ssebugwawo Classic in Kampala in May.
I am now preparing for the Mr. Eldoret and Kericho. My aim is to
become a pro body builder. What am lacking is assistance. I have
the physique to reach that level. I feel that one is not a pro
until one is an ifbb pro which is the only relevant
International Bodybuilding Org in the world.
Training-
I train five times a week. Train bigger muscles
together with smaller ones. I have a training partner; I
concentrate fully on the logging of body parts. I stay in a
shape year round even in the off season.
Diet –
I eat a balanced diet but protein in high
quality. I like fish and porridge. I sometimes but supplement
when I have money. I always had a difficult when it comes to
preconcert dieting because sometimes I don’t have the resources
to have ripping supps. In bodybuilding, one should eat five
times a day but I can’t afford that because the amount of money
I get monthly cannot allow me
.
Advice – My advice to fellow bodybuilders is to keep off from
steroids. Work hard to achieve the natural physique. Be able to
do just that despite lack of modern physical exercise equipment.
I love Africa bodybuilders because they have heart in this game
despite all the problems. You can’t wait get more hardcore than
these guys training out in the backyard with no legitimate
equipment. In this sport you are your own judge, you choose
either fail or succeed.
My model right now in the IFBB is Melvin Antony and Lee Priest,
that is why am called Priest Meshack.
Am a Christian man and like to socialize with friends. I don’t
drink alcohol. I love to make friends, love natural.
